More like AmPm restaurant and lounge in downtown’s swanky Mosaic Building. Chef Tommy Simpson (Nobu, Dragonfly, N9ne Steakhouse) calls the shots at the dressy-casual spot, now open for private parties (lunch and dinner start July 15).

The menu reflects Simpson’s varied cooking stints: Lobster tacos and avocado tuna tartare stand alongside mango mint spring rolls, watermelon and watercress salad, vegetarian potato enchiladas, and simple staples like steak and meat loaf.

The vibe is upscale diner with a dash of glam (dig the disco balls). For those with keys to the building (read: Meet a resident ASAP), food is already available poolside or via room service.
