You thought playing the field would bring your body’s A-game. But the 1,001-calorie happy hours and late steak dates turned you into a softy.
Man up with Start Caring Wellness’s Extreme Endurance boot camp. The five-week outdoor workout series takes place on a turf football field and running lanes near the Galleria.
Classes increase in intensity every week. Expect hard-core cardio drills (sprints, bleacher runs), resistance training, obstacle courses, and old-school moves with quick results (jump rope, push-ups, sit-ups).
The program also includes before-and-after measurements, body-fat readings, and full nutrition plans.
