Rosebud's Giftique and Bakery Opens

It’s true that all roses have thorns.

But Rosebud’s? They’re harmless.

Officially known as Rosebud’s Giftique & Bakery, the sweet little family-owned shop and cafe quietly opened on West Lovers Lane last month.

From skin care products to fancy chocolates, the main attractions are gourmet gift baskets loaded with treats like lobster pâté, cheese spreads, and peach cobbler mix as well as some with bath accessories (salts, soaps, lotions).

But wait, there’s more! The deli in back serves homemade soups, salads, and sandwiches like Brian’s Special Chicken Salad (with red grapes, pineapples, dried cranberries, and walnuts). And the bakery counter is chockful of freshly made brownies, cookies, cakes, and ice box pies by one of the owners.
