Follow the trail to ZitaCookies, a budding bakery in Carrollton that makes gourmet sweets from scratch using all-natural ingredients.

Yes, sugar, peanut butter, and snickerdoodle are in the mix. But we’re all about the unusual flavors like Key lime, mocha spice (with hints of coffee and pecan), oatmeal cranberry with white chocolate chips, and almond buttercrunch covered in toffee candy bits.

Each cookie is a hefty three ounces (that means a dozen weighs more than two pounds). Buy them individually at the shop or order at least one dozen online and have them delivered.

Now everybody can piece out.
