Bag, You're It

Death and Texas Leather Goods

dntx!

You’ve been a bag girl. A very bag girl.

Carry on with DNTX.

Short for Death and Texas, the line mixes vegetable-tanned leather accents with classic canvas fabric in solid red, cream, and black, as well as blue-and-white ticking stripes.

Grace Teng started the label earlier this year in Dallas; she now lives between Brooklyn and Big D and crafts her simple silhouettes, inspired by old-school western wear and leather-making techniques, by hand. Styles range from tried-and-true clutches and messenger bags to hip pouches, which make bike rides and farmers markets easy peasy.

Teng also makes belts, including a braided harness look with “Death and Texas” stamped into the yummy leather.

That’s just bad to the bone.

Available online at brookfarmgeneralstore.com and etsy.com. For more information, go to dntx.us.
