What do you get when you combine Top Chef with Tara? The One Arts gem that is Screen Door. The decor is light and airy, service is solicitous, and the food is distinctly Southern. On the Then side of the menu: fried green tomato and country ham, chili fried catfish, and shrimp and grits. On the Now side of the menu: barbecue marrow bones and pan roasted pear and cranberry stuffed quail. Mint juleps are delish. We do declare.
