Cassie MacGregor single-handedly brought the hat back to Dallas. The hipster designer creates bespoke wide brimmers, fedoras, and cocktail toppers from a second-story Bishop Arts studio. Run-of-the-mill creations are also sold in a handful of local shops, including V.O.D.
