Everyone knows that the best part of Fashion Week is the schwag.
You can get a little bit of yours without suffering interminable lines when Club Monaco takes the fashion show on the road in two custom Smarts (the cutest cars in the history of ever). The mobile trunk show (get it?) will make six stops around town on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday; the first 75 people to show up at each stop will get gift bags of new fall accessories. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
The nice girls at CM gave us the scoop on what they’re giving away where. Plan your subway stops accordingly.
Sunday, 2-4 p.m.
First stop: Mercer Hotel - assorted gold and jet bead necklaces and lizard wallets
Second stop: Pastis - Capri sunglasses
Monday, noon-2 p.m.
First stop: Condé Nast Building - orange or yellow cashmere scarves
Second stop: Wall Street - Italian silk ties
Tuesday, noon-2 p.m.
First stop: Madison Square Park - ribbon belt
Second stop: Bryant Park - houndstooth driving gloves *our insane favorite*
