Nosh on a Japanese pub-style menu divided into On a Stick (chicken breast with wasabi leaves, pork belly, beef tongue) and Not on a Stick (tempura baby broccoli, miso-glazed trout) at the new Hayes Valley resto.
Why: Where yakitori and izakaya met and fell in love.
