Everybody’s doing the MoKo-motion.
It’s the new Culver City craze.
Just follow our lead to see how it’s done.
- Do-si-do over to Culver Boulevard, where the former Gyenari space has been jazzed up with industrial flourishes — exposed brick walls, steel-framed chandeliers — that speak to the New York roots of co-owner Chris Heyman and chef Gary Robins (a Russian Tea Room vet).
- Two-step up to the bar for inspired cocktails courtesy of Harvard and Stone mixologist Pablo Moix. Group numbers, shimmy into oversize booths and order from the extensive menu.
- Tango with shareable small plates (anju) and modern Korean staples. Let dishes like scallop skewers with minted grapefruit and jalapeno, and Chioggia beets with smoked bacon boogie down on your taste buds. Yukon gold potato pancakes and crispy pork belly samba to new heights.
Now go forth, tiny dancers, and bust a move.
