The Village Bicycle Rides into Notting Hill

A New Concept Store from Willa Keswick

village bicycle london!

Though you always get lucky, you’re hardly the town bike. Maybe it’s time for a spin.

Find the appropriate attire at The Village Bicycle, the multilabel womens’ fashion boutique (and brainchild of London socialite Willa Keswick) opening today in Notting Hill.

Inspired by 1960s King’s Road haunt Granny Takes a Trip and modern-day Parisian shop Colette, it stocks racy designs by the likes of Bodyamr, Mark Fast, Todd Lynn, Tom Binns and Tripp NYC. Quirky treasures including vintage sunglasses, hair accessories, books and furniture add to the mix, along with works of art curated by gallerist Tyrone Wood.

This is Keswick’s first retail venture (her wheels may not yet be on fire).

But if you’re looking for action, she’ll make sure you’re up to speed.

The Village Bicycle, 79-81 Ledbury Road, W11 2AG (020 7313 9031 or imavillagebicycle.com).
