Emily Cho Handbags Debut

Excessorize for Fall

emily cho handbags debut!

After years of expert field work, you’re familiar with the evolutionary limitations of the common clutch: nocturnal, compact, gives you T. rex arms while dancing.

Discover a new species with Emily Cho’s graceful daytime strapless bags.

For the debut collection, designers Emily Gellis and SJ Cho stuck to two silhouettes in large and extra large. Pieces are handmade from python-embossed Italian leather, so they’re wallet and snake friendly.

You’ll dig a tasseled half-moon carry-all in dusty pink (our favorite) or go wild for the same shape in leopard print. A navy boomerang clutch tucks smartly behind your wrist, while the more sizable grayish-green cradles ergonomically in the crook of your arm. Double-exposed top zippers keep your valuables (iPad, change of clothing, miniature pony) on lock, while hidden magnets keep corners folded down.

Uncover one before they go extinct.

Available at Saks Fifth Avenue, 611 Fifth Avenue, between 49th and 50th Streets, fifth floor (212-753-4000 or saksfifthavenue.com); online at emily-cho.com, $465-$650. Use code CANDY10 for 10 percent off through September 5.
