Pok Pok Apple Gin Rickey
Serves one

Ingredients
1½ oz. Som apple drinking vinegar
1½ oz. gin
Club soda
Lemon wedge
Ice
Amarena cherry for garnish (optional)

1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add drinking vinegar and gin.

2. Top with club soda, a squeeze of lemon, a cherry, and enjoy.
