What: Alex Stupak hits a high note with his taco-free Mexican follow-up. Expect traditional flavors (slow-cooked carne asada) turned on their head (served cold atop a black bean reduction with crema parfaits and cilantro).
Why: Peekytoe crab nestled on crab flan with pickled carrots, smoked cashew salsa, guaje seeds, and parsnips.
