You’ve consumed only green juice, slurped cabbage soup, and chewed each bite 100 times in hopes of dropping five pounds.

The new casual lunch spot and juice bar inside culinary retail concept Duo serves only organic dishes and drinks made with fresh ingredients (i.e., mint comes from co-owner Leslie Needleman’s backyard).

Entrees are limited to two to three options daily, including hummus, quinoa salad, and a kale dish topped with seasonal veggies and citrus dressing. Sips are extensive, from six smoothies and French press coffee served with homemade cashew milk to juices like fan favorite Green Glow, made with apples, kale, cucumbers, lemons, and ginger.

Order to go (cups are compostable) or snag a seat at one of the communal tables to enjoy lunch on reusable dishes with napkins made with reclaimed fabrics by local refugees.
