When: Launches Sat. at Downtown Frisco Streats food truck and music festival, along with Nammi, Rockstar Bakeshop, The Butcher’s Son, Easy Sliders, and many more meals on wheels.

Oyster Fest
What:
Fish City Grill hosts a bivalve-eating contest with music, beer, crawfish, and loads of dishes packed with the little guys (baked, naked, char-grilled, and topped with spinach, bacon, and cheese).
Why: Prizes include a two-night trip to New Orleans; proceeds from dishes benefit March of Dimes Texas Chapter.
