In The Scarlet Letter, Hester Prynne is led unto temptation.
At Hester Street Fair, you’re the one seduced.
Co-founded by DailyCandy chief correspondent SuChin Pak, the popular NYC craft, food, and fashion outdoor market lands at the corner of Hollywood and Argyle this Saturday for the kickoff of four irresistible L.A. installments.
First up: Bite Size Food and Craft Festival, showcasing top indie labels from NYC (Wink & Flip jewelry, Visantine Collective) and L.A. (Standard Goods, Arc of L.A. bags), along with mini portions of your favorite snacks (Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches, BabyCakes cupcakes) and a craft biergarten.
Rounds two (July 7) and three (August 18) are fashion focused, while August 25’s Good Night Hollywood Blvd. Music and Craft Festival ends the summer on a high note with performances curated by Santos Party House.
Also find a photo booth (this Saturday) sponsored by Awkward Family Photos, where you and pals can strike a ridiculous pose.
And stop acting like such Puritans.
