Your dream day involves juicing, shoe shopping, mulling over magazines, and Ryan Gosling.
Score three out of four at Number One.
The brains behind Forty Five Ten just opened the Highland Park Village boutique, which stocks clothing, accessories, home goods, food, and glossies (Elle Decor, British Vogue, Wallpaper). Unlike its sophisticated big sis, the intimate shop has a hippie-chic mercantile vibe with a hint of amber (see Côté Bastide’s soaps and oils).
Exclusive clothing lines such as Greg Lauren, The Lady and the Sailor, and Donna Karen Urban Zen make prices far from granola. The crunchy set will appreciate the more affordable earthy ceramics, woodsy candles, and bags of Blue Bottle Coffee.
Rounding out the mix is Le Jus, a juicery and cafe that serves eats like tomato soup and cold-pressed juice blends made from certified organic produce. Grab an iced latte to go or relish bites outside on the cozy two-tops.
