Dream date: you, JFK, and a couple of stiff Manhattans.
It can happen at Kennedy Room, an itty-bitty new bar inside members-only dining den Montaigne Club, across the street from the Crescent.
Twentysomething entrepreneur Pasha Heidari (nephew of the guy who owns The Old Warsaw) opened the watering hole to carve a low-key, New England-esque bar into Uptown’s wheel of cheesy pickup joints.
Drop in for a cocktail (the sidecar is divine, darling). Grab a spot near the fireplace and get cozy among vintage furnishings. Take note of Some Like It Hot streaming overhead, but don’t try to eat: This joint does not serve food.
At a mere 650 square feet, the place can get crowded. But even if you’re stuck barside with every jock, Jack, and John, the view ain’t too shabby — a portrait of the dead president presides over the room.
Making it an affair to remember.
