We rolled into Richard Chai looking for trouble, and we found it: Deborah Lippmann’s so-new-it-hasn’t-been-born-yet polish Harem Silks from Bombay. It winked at us from every model’s hand in the joint. Dark, iridescent, and matte — just our style.

Since we’re not the most patient puppy in the pack, we asked Lippmann for a fix until the shade hits the market later this year. She suggested a base of Dark Side of the Moon, one coat of Wicked Game, and the Flat Top top coat to finish.

We can already see the light.
