Living things are so overrated.

Wouldn’t it be great to nix all that maintenance? Jade trees, made from semiprecious stones that are carved to look like various flora, are bonsai for the less, uh, nurturing type. Once relegated to the realm of Chinatown kitsch, they’re the next big way to spruce up that credenza or to create a colorful break in your way-too-minimalist decor.
