That's a Wrap

It’s a sad truth: You couldn’t wrap a gift nicely if every present in your future depended on it.

Which means that right about now, after hunting for hours for the perfect button-down, a vintage corkscrew, two Bratz dolls, some peanut brittle, and a shiny new tea kettle, you need to have your gifts wrapped. Which goes something like this:

“Do you wrap?” “Yes. Go up to ten, make a left, and pass the escalator.” Then wait in line for 30 minutes for crappy silver paper with matching cheapo ribbon.

Wrap Artists may very well be the season’s sanity savers. This fairy-like service comes to your house with a selection of high-end materials and does all the work for you. They wrap just about anything … and for a reasonable price, too, if you calculate the value of the time you save by not doing it yourself.

When the job is done, Wrap Artists disappears without a trace, leaving stacks of elegant-looking gifts in their wake.

Just like Santa.
