Wine-Tasting Dinner at Le Bernardin
What: Winemaker Bo Barrett is presenting one of Napa’s best vineyards, Chateau Montelena; Eric Ripert is whipping up a five-course menu to match.
Why: Never mind flirting with Eric. Montelena’s 2001 chardonnay is a note-worthy vintage. (Okay, you can still flirt with Eric.)
