Book in for a laid-back day or evening course at her home in West London and learn to cook with ingredients like whole grains, pulses and seeds. Everything is organic, as seasonal as possible, mostly vegan and free from refined sugar — with the occasional use of fish, meat and dairy products. Wheat- and gluten-free diets are also catered for.
