The Lakeview lounge has moved its 125 varieties of champagne and sparkling wine — everything from Veuve to Dom — to a swanky new River North spot. Front and center: a large amber and onyx bar with street-side windows, twelve-foot ceilings, and a chandelier that doubles as plasma screens.

Settle into a banquette and clink flutes of Taittinger or sip from smaller producers (like Charles Heidsieck) while nibbling on nigiri and caviar from the raw bar.

Head downstairs to the cozy jazz club for live gigs five nights a week. Or stop by the Pops Shop and stock up on bubbly for your next get-together.
