It’s that time again — when we prepare to ring in the new by celebrating the best of the past year. So this week, we give you some of our favorite stories from 2006.

Unless it involves your laptop and your essential morning latte.

But today you’ll be shedding tears of joy: Milk Boutique splashes its goodness all over the Internet with the same big-name and hard-to-find designers that are stocked at the L.A. brick-and-mortar shop.

Higher-end collections including Derek Lam, Philosophy, and Aquascutum are mixed right in with the upper crust of contemporary lines like Geren Ford, Sue Stemp, and Erotokritos. There are lots of easy, everyday wearables from Autumn Star, Nation Ltd., and Twelfth Street, as well as shoes from Missoni and London Sole.

They promise regular updates to the merch, so Milk will always be fresh. And whatever they add, one thing is for sure:
