The Japanese cell phone accessories feature adorable characters in clear domes that light up and rotate whenever you receive a call, text, or e-mail. Choose a devil, puppy, kitten, monster, penguin, or monkey and attach it to your handbag, belt, clothing, or key chain (within a three-foot frequency range from your phone).
