Five, Four, Three, Two …

They say two’s company and three’s a crowd.

But One? Well, they say One Sunset will finally open tomorrow. And like its East Coast cousins, One Little West 12th and STK, it’s made for see-and-be-seen eating, drinking, and late-night lounging.

Make yourself comfortable at the champagne bar, the Centre Lounge, or let the staff (clad in uniforms designed by Jeffrey Sebelia) show you to the dining area in the back lit by a massive wall of candles.

Snack on mini Reubens and surf-and-turf tacos off the shareable New American menu or indulge in the Celestial Platter (tiers of shellfish and seafood with all the fixings). All the dinner tables drop down to cocktail height so you can sip Pearfect Manhattans and Amethyst cocktails in front of Brazilian artist Fonthor’s giant mural all night.

Bring your A-team or just drop by for a drink — you’re sure to make new friends at the bar.

One will never be the loneliest number again.

One Sunset, 8730 West Sunset Boulevard, between Horn Avenue and Sunset Plaza Drive, West Hollywood (310-657-0111 or theonerestaurants.com).
