That dude who cut you off on the beltway: cruisin’ for a bruisin’. The co-worker who constantly imitates Jim Carrey movies: hungry for a knuckle sandwich.
Instead of taking it out on your poor pillow every night (it’s all but defeathered), unleash your aggression at Knox Boxing & Fitness’s month-long camp for beginner pugilists.
Knox supplies the gloves; you supply the adrenaline. The instructors are highly trained (one student is about to go pro); the facilities are straight out of Million Dollar Baby. In eight 90-minute sessions (in the morning or after work), you’ll learn proper warm-up techniques, basic calisthenics, footwork, and — yippee! — how to punch someone’s lights out.
Okay, okay. It’s also a helluva workout.
Just don’t go biting anyone’s ear off.
