Succ It

Sendable Succulents

succa!

Warm, gooey chocolate-chip cookies. An ANTM marathon. Cuddling with a presh puppy.

All are things that definitely do not suck.

Add to the list succulent plants. Almost totally neglectable, they have an amazing capacity to retain water, so it’s nearly impossible to kill them. Which is what makes them a smarter, more ecofriendly choice over traditional arrangements that wilt in a few days.

Thanks to L.A.-based flora design firm Succulent, you can now send a green gift to anyone in the country. Choose from four five-by-eight-inch designs, each potted in an artisan-made container and filled with organic soil; lava rock; and, of course, a succulent.

For just $45, they’ll box it up in recycled/repurposed materials and ship it via the U.S. Postal Service for arrival in just two to three days time.

Consider it a way of sucking up.
