The incessant trill of beeping plastic in the toy box has you searching for all-natural playthings.
The Playful World’s felted wool Bowling Buddies put the kibosh on all things synthetic. Each set contains a multicolored ball and a trio of finely crafted, sturdy pins resembling curly haired people or grinning doggies.
The fairly traded objects are made by artisans at a woman-owned workshop in the Central Asian nation of Kyrgyzstan, which means Junior is bowling for a better world.
And a quieter toy box.
