Getting Personal

Decorating a nursery can be tricky, but anything featuring Baby’s name is usually a slam dunk.

A customized work of art from a local talent is even better. Peter H. Reynolds — local author and illustrator of The Dot, and illustrator of the popular Judy Moody children’s series — sells personalized watercolor prints from his Dedham bookshop, The Blue Bunny.

Choose from the sweet “Welcome to the Journey” for a newborn, “Teacup Girl” for a little lady, or “Birthday Boat” for both boys and girls. The prints are hand-signed and dated by the artist, matted, and framed.

In other words, picture perfect.
