Pain in the Neck

Everybody hurts. Everybody cries. Everrryboodddyyy hurts, sometimes.

Hold on, hold on (and please don’t let R.E.M. make a comeback). Take your creaky shoulders and aching back to Brian Stern for structural integration.

Stern’s method of applying pressure and slight movement to points on the arms, legs, chest, and back teaches you to be aware of how you live within yourself and change poor posture patterns.

While he moves body parts slightly and massages key areas, you’ll feel connective tissue between your muscles react. Pressing a spot on your back, for example, causes tissues around your head to tense up and move (freaky but good). With return visits, you’ll develop new ways of moving.

Soon, you’ll be whistling a new tune altogether.

Thank God.
