8½-by-11-inch card stock
Scissors
Glue stick
Baby tooth
1. Print template on card stock.
2. Cut along the outer edge of the pattern.
3. Glue or fold the marked tabs as indicated to form an envelope.
4. Insert tooth.
5. Set envelope on Junior’s nightstand.
The fairy’s sure to do the bite thing.
