Chicks with Knives contains all of the following:
- Two professional chefs dedicated to S.O.L.E. (sustainable, organic, local, and ethical) food.
- Private culinary classes tailored to the student(s) interest(s), be it kitchen basics, seasonal eating, or the art of harvesting locally.
- Underground sustainable supper club featuring a four-course meal that occurs once a month at a new and unique location where BYOB is welcome.
When taken properly, side effects may include: a plan to attend the next dinner on January 25, an e-mail sent to CWK requesting the password and payment information, a notice 24 hours before the event regarding location, a love of wild mushroom salad and/or almond cake with sweetened cheese frosting and Meyer lemon sugar glass, newfound knowledge and/or friends, satisfied hunger.
