Weight for It

These days, you’re all about a two-for-one special. But hard as he tries, your hairstylist is no Dr. Drew.

Cut to the chase with Curtis Speer. The cutie personal trainer won’t just help you find peace with your waistline, but your heart and soul, too.

After years of playing life coach at the gym, Speer started a more formal operation. Today his helpful powers aren’t just taking place on the ab machine but in coffee shops (or wherever people feel most comfy), as well.

Speer charges a not-so-outrageous $60 for 55-minute sessions (personal training classes are a tad more), which explore reasons for unhappiness from poor nutrition to self-esteem issues. Disclaimer: He refuses to dish personal advice. Instead, he poses insightful questions that require a serious emotional workout.

That’ll really pump you up.
