The best example of the collision of food and fashion is:
a) Austin’s dress made from corn husks on Project Runway.
b) when PETA covered Anna Wintour’s couture fur coat with pie.
c) wearing your stretchy jeans to dinner.
We’ll take d, Craft’s new luncheon trunk show series, dubbed Fashion Dish. During the monthly event, the W Dallas restaurant serves a tailor-made meal, Grey Goose cocktails, and new looks by a hot label.
First up? Zero + Maria Cornejo, tomorrow, noon-2 p.m. The Chilean-born designer will mingle with guests and sell her new sculptural spring looks right off the rack.
Reservations are required for the $45 tickets, which include food and drinks. And a portion of proceeds benefits Two by Two for AIDS and Art.
Just one more reason to follow your gut.
