Go on. Take it.
Take another little pizza your heart now. And while you’re at it, open your piehole for the entire menu at Pizzanostra SF.
With its new Potrero Hill artisan pizzeria, the Chez Papa posse’s poised for another sellout. Feast on rigatoni with fennel sausage, burger panini, braised artichokes, and Eli’s meatballs in wood booths while sipping lambrusco or Birra Menabrea (an Italian brew) in the cheery, understated space with industrial accents and outdoor seating.
The moon may in fact hit your eye after a taste of the signature Neapolitan thin-crust marguerite (tomato, mozzarella, basil), cannibal (Bolognese, egg, oregano), or pescatora (prawns, clams, calamari). And for dolce, try the espresso panna cotta with fig or the Nutella and banana tronchetto (yule log).
We know they’ve got it.
And it makes you feel good.
Pizzanostra SF, 300 De Haro Street, at 16th Street (415-558-9493 or pizzanostrasf.com).
