Inside Voices

Shhh.

After a few seasons of statement jewelry, it’s time for finery that isn’t so loud.

Designer Kara Ryan has the art of the low-key cuff hammered down. Literally. The Cape Cod-based artist banged out her first brass trinket for her mom, Bonnie, while in high school and started selling the delicate bands last year.

The super-simple (and sweetly named) Bonnie bracelets are just plain and pretty. We love that the bangles can be pinched to fit dainty wrists or piled on in layers up the arm.

If brass isn’t your thing, the accessories also come in sterling silver and luxe 14-karat yellow or rose gold. You’ll want to choose your own finish, either classic hammered or high-shine polish.

Because you’ve always been one to speak for yourself.
