Pop Quiz
What do you want your tot’s bedroom to look like?
a) An homage to Elmo.
b) Whatever. As long as he sleeps in it.
c) A clean, sophisticated space he won’t outgrow.
If you answered “c,” let interior designer Angela Stone help you make the grade. With her company, Schoolhouse Modern, she handles everything from furniture sourcing to color selection.
Stone’s specialty is balancing vintage and modern (think Eames rockers and antique alphabet flashcards). She contacts collectors and scours local shops (Scout and Foursided are faves) to find timeless treasures, like dressers that double as changing tables.
We give that an A-plus.
