Pig out on pulled pork delights in a beer and six pepper or tamarind, honey, and molasses sauce at the meandering oinker. Add vinaigrette-based slaws seasoned with chipotle or honey mustard and deep-fried veggie chips. Then wash it all back with spicy ginger lemonade or a hibiscus nectar mint mocktail.

An iPhone app that’ll allow fans to vote the pig to their neighborhood or track the truck via GPS is in the works.

For now you’ll just have to stay on your toes.
