Our top story this hour: Bailey’s Prime Plus, a minichain that just opened its first Dallas locale inside the new Park Lane development.

Don’t expect your de rigueur dark and masculine steakhouse. This place has marble floors, crystal chandeliers, glam wallpaper, water treatments, and live jazz in the swanky bar. The food diverts from the regular manly menu, too, with grilled fish, roasted chicken, and light salads, including one with brandied cherries, candied pistachios, and blue cheese crumbles.

Of course, there’s tons of beef to go with sinful sides like creamed corn and spinach. Desserts? You bet. How about a hot fudge sundae with bourbon brownies and Baileys liqueur ice cream?
