The nine months you spent with a bun in the oven were the beginning (and end) of your baking career.
Just what you knead to get back on track: Doodle Bread, a jazzier alternative to regular loaves.
Invented by Rose Kane, a Camberwell College of Arts graduate, the all-in-one kit lets you make fresh, squidgey bread with a cheery pattern in every slice.
Make your own dough or use the company’s colourful mixes with additive-free vegetables, seeds and grains. Start with white bread with a green spinach or purple beetroot star, then get creative with any flavor you can think of (Parmesan, rosemary, whole grain, chocolate, vanilla).
Best of all, little bakers can eat the fruits of their labour.
Or just toast your success.
