Bar Celona Opens
What: Former glue factory-turned-noir tapas lounge dishes braised oxtail, herb- and goat cheese-stuffed piquillo peppers, and crispy codfish bombas with orange garlic marmalade.
Why: Gazpacho- and paella-flavored artisanal cocktails from madmen mixologists The Tippling Bros. are worth the trek.
