Julia Rosa is your girl. The local Chicago floral designer fuses architectural elements with hot-off-the-runway trends to create graceful installations for the haute home. Though she says “I do” to a wedding here and there, the bulk of her clients are arty peeps with an eye for fanciful flora.

Rosa incorporates offbeat pieces like vintage chairs, glass screens, and leather trunks into her genius creations — a single bloom suspended in an antique birdcage; a strip of birch bark embedded with orchids, woven grass, and exposed roots.
