Portland native Niki Dimitras, mastermind of the artfully eccentric fashion label, deconstructs retro pieces into funky reincarnations. A sequined cocktail number morphs into a tattered rocker halter; out of an old-school wedding gown emerges a Lolita-esque trapeze dress.

Dimitras built Luxury Jones (a name gifted from a sometimes incarcerated rapper) on her rebellious instincts — original jersey dresses that drape beneath the coin slot; jumpsuits with pseudo bat capes; and tons of whimsical, hand-dyed knits.

Karma chameleons, rejoice.
