Restaurant Week 2010 is upon us. More than 170 eateries are participating — including those you’ve only dined at in your dreams. (Money’s tight. We know.) But through February 28, you can score three-course lunches for $22 and three-course dinners for $32. It’s overwhelming, so we’ve picked a few highlights. Make reservations, eat your heart out, and please tip nicely.
