We can’t help but be skeptical of products that claim to evolve with our kids. But the munchkins grow so fast we’re willing to give things a try — especially if it means one less item cluttering a landfill.
So when we heard about the new Birds & Bees bottle system, a stainless steel sipper ($24) from Sausalito-based EarthLust that takes your tot from slow flow bottle to sippy, we had to see what the buzz was all about.
From its sturdy plastic bottom to silicone top, everything is BPA free. Thoughtful details include caps with ounce markings, two nipple flow options, and full sippy fittings (spout and easy-grasp handles). All pieces are dishwasher safe, though hand-washing is best to preserve the snazzy artwork.
And, of course, Mother Earth.
