Old Sydney-Town Punch Makes one batch
Ingredients 1 l Bols Genever 11 oz. St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram 11 oz. orange juice 16 oz. lemon juice 11 oz. pineapple gum syrup
1. Add all ingredients to punch bowl.
2. Place a large piece of block ice in the bowl and let rest.
3. Stir before serving.
Variations: To make a hot batch, use above recipe and add 32 oz. water and heat in a pot, Crock-Pot, or soup tureen. In winter, substitute 27 oz. Meyer lemon juice for the orange and lemon juices and add a splash of Regan’s orange bitters to each glass before serving.
