College friends Ian Calhoun and Vincent Vela swore they’d open a restaurant together someday. After stints at The Rainbow Room and Per Se in NYC, they’ve realized their dream in a former train depot in Concord. Executive chef Carolyn Johnson (Rialto) works with local farmers and shellfish purveyors to craft a seasonal menu with American and French influences.
